My Latest Projects
I interned with the Texas Tech University TLPDC (Teaching, Learning, & Professional Development Center, ePortfolio Initiative) center in the summer, 2019. My job was to edit the portfolio website as well as create a series of instructional videos for students and the faculty. The videos are present on the website. Additionally, I created a portfolio website that includes a blog I started while interning.

As part of an online publication class (portfolio here) [(re)learning HTML, CSS and getting an introduction to JavaScript] I recently collaborated with a first time author to create a (mobile) website, Amazon, Goodreads and instagram page for her book (Title: Cascading Waters).

During my TLPDC internship, working on ePortfolios, I connected with a music instructor who wanted to create a dynamic, simple and transferable portfolio shell for her students. Her goal was to find a way to create a shell that students can use as a basis for creating their digital portfolio. Here is the result.
I also created an instruction manual for adding text to the site

I created a website and a brochure for the Texas Tech Society for Technical Communication (STC). In this website, I also restructured some STC legacy documents [The chapter’s constitution, by laws and recruiting materials] to create more efficient processes for updating information. I used that legacy information to create some How-To documents. The new information is based on the chapter’s needs that my research uncovered e.g. How to file for reimbursement either as a student or treasurer, How to apply for the Pace Setter Award, How to earn community points etc.

As a former ENG 1301(College Rhetoric) instructor, one of my goals was to find a way to teach students all about rhetoric and the public life. I created a website teaching, through text, images and videos, rhetorical terms and how to analyze rhetorical situations.

As part of a bid for the National Society of Black Engineers 2020 - 2021 Senatorial campaign, Providence Okoli commissioned a series of posters and a website from me.

THE JACK COUNTY MUSEUM POSTERS
I recently created a series of posters for the Jack County Museum, a small museum in Texas with many foci. They needed to draw in new customers. That's where I came in.

AN ENG 2311 COURSE CURRICULUM
I put together a series of document to teach ENG 2311 (Technical Communication). I've created a Syllabus based on this book.

THE POWER BI POSTER PROJECT
I was asked to create a poster based on an old poster. I was instructed by the client to keep all the text in the document.
